Tasting Notes
The palate is rich and zesty with crisp apple and orchard fruits accompanied by a fine and persistent mousse. This finish is long and very elegant with beautifully poised acidity.

Select parcels of barrel ferment chardonnay is blended with the best pinot noir from that vintage. Blended with structure and age ability in mind.
