Inspired by the Sussex countryside and born from 2025's exceptional, sun-soaked summer, this English rosé blends Pinot Noir from two Essex vineyards for real depth of character - bursting with red berry flavour and a fresh, expressive finish.

Wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant are lifted by delicate blossom notes and a subtle hint of white pepper spice, with a soft, rounded palate and a moreish, refreshing finish.
Winemaker Notes
Small-batch rosé from an exceptional vintage, combining fruit from two exceptional Essex vineyards - ripe, plush German clone Pinot Noir, known for intense red fruit and herbal notes, alongside smaller-berried, structured French clones. Hand-picked and partially destemmed, the grapes were macerated for 8 hours to extract delicate colour and aroma, before gentle pressing and cool stainless-steel fermentation. 2025's long, sun-soaked summer shaped every step of the winemaking, aiming to capture that feeling in the glass.
