Tasting Notes
Rich and expressive, with layers of dark red fruits, cherry, blackberry and plum, complemented by subtle notes of nutmeg, cooked strawberry, red apple and almond. Extended lees ageing contributes a fine creaminess and structural weight, enhancing complexity and leading to a clean, dry finish.

Winemaker Notes
Made exclusively from black grapes, gently pressed to capture the richness and spice of Pinot fruit while maintaining balance and finesse. Extended lees ageing enhances texture and brings an elegant creaminess to the palate, resulting in a wine of poise and refined character.

Select parcels of barrel ferment chardonnay is blended with the best pinot noir from that vintage. Blended with structure and age ability in mind.
