Tasting Notes
Bursting with pear and green apple - with hints of white pepper and a wonderfully so, balanced mouthfeel.
Winemaker Notes
Whole bunch pressed with 10% of the wine barrel aged in old 225L French oak barrels to help build weight, body and texture. There was also a portion fermented in 225L stainless steel barrels which are then ‘rolled’ weekly for three months to increase the amount of contact the wine has with its lees, adding weight and texture.
