Generous and expressive, this cuvée shows impressive depth and clarity, bringing together rich Pinot fruit with a dry, finely defined structure. Layers of dark red fruits, cherry, blackberry and plum are joined by subtle touches of nutmeg, cooked strawberry, red apple and almond, creating both warmth and vibrancy.

Four years of lees ageing adds a gentle creaminess, lifting the fruit while adding complexity and poise. The palate is balanced and refined, with a clean, dry finish that lingers.

Made entirely from black grapes, 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, gently pressed to capture the fruit’s natural character and spice while maintaining balance and finesse.

The 2020 vintage was exceptional, with low yields, outstanding fruit quality and an unusually warm summer that delivered Pinots of remarkable structure and purity. Extended lees ageing has added texture and poise, resulting in a wine with real depth and elegance.

The palate is intense and luxurious, showing both balance and complexity. A fine, mouth-watering salinity lifts the fruit and brings clarity, while the finish reveals bright citrus and a hint of honey.
