This 2014 Vintage comes from a standout year that has truly allowed the wine to mature into something special. Over time, it has developed a refined depth and complexity. With the benefit of several years in bottle, this vintage showcases an elegant evolution.
Vintage 2018
Blended from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, the Chardonnay delivers excellent structure and vibrancy, while the Pinot Noir brings body and depth to deliver great roundness on the palate.
Deliciously biscuity, creamy, honey aromas with beautifully poised acidity and a hint of salinity. The palate is rich and zesty with crisp apple and orchard fruits accompanied by a fine and persistent mousse.
Blanc de Blancs 2018
A real treat for those extra-special occasions. This Internationally recognised wine is perfect for when you are looking to spoil the company you are keeping. While of course it can be drunk on it's own, we'd recommend pairing with a posh meal to make it a night you won't forget.
